Objective

As an emerging multiple subject educator, it is my objective to secure a teaching position that will challenge me to continuously evolve my pedagogical choices through self-reflection, learning theory, and democratic leadership. My professional goal is to create an inclusive learning environment through differentiation, rigor, and positive reinforcement.

o   A self-motivated professional utilizing modern teaching practices to create inclusive learning experiences.

o   Practiced in data led instruction to provide differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners.

o   Over ten years of experience in leadership positions in the child development field, including non-profit work, childcare, and preschool instruction.

o   Degrees and coursework in education and early child development that have cultivated effective classroom management strategies, interpersonal skills, and a concrete understanding of children’s social, emotional, and cognitive needs.
